Open to members and those who are not members…yet 😉
We will start out at 7:45 am in the water with some drills & specific triathlon skills.
At about 9 am, we’ll head over to the Halifax Commons for a short run.
Your first BRICK workout! 🏊♀️🏃♀️ Following our workout, at about 10 am, we will head for coffee to chat triathlon.
Join us on deck at Centennial Pool @ 7:45 am on Sunday, January 19th.
Spots limited for swim, so please sign up.
